$4756 is a lot out of pocket. Do you have a breakdown of that amount?
What is your sales tax rate?
Since you have an out of pocket amount, do you have the quoted payment that goes with it?

The residual you list is 69.7% of MSRP. Do you know what bank was used for the quote?

If you have more info on the quote, give it up. No point in us calculating a payment, with just part of the info.
