October/November Financing Deals VW GTI Autobahn

Hello,

I am strongly considering purchasing a GTI.
I've done most of my homework but I have 1 question:

I see on the VW website a 1.9% APR for 60 months offer. It says it ends Oct 31st.
That's the deal I want, but I'd strongly prefer to wait to purchase until November or December.

Do you believe VW would be offering the 1.9 or even lower APR in the coming months?
Not sure how else to get the "inside scoop"
