2020 Acura TLX Lease Question

I have 3 months remaining on my lease and I qualify for the pull ahead program to forgive the remaining payments and $2,000 in incentives for this month

I'm looking for the residual and MF for a 2020 TLX - FWD with Tech for 36 months and 10K miles

I'm hearing a 0.00215 MF or 5.2% and a Residual of 51.

My current lease MF is about 1% and I'm considering leaving acura at these interest rates
