Hidden costs? - Negotiating the lease cost for a 2020 540i xDrive Sedan, Zip 67230, 36/15k

I am using Leasehackr calculator and entering in the Selling Price, MF, residual (%), sales tax and the License/Registration/Fees the dealer advised they are charging. The monthly payment with tax that I calculate is $35.25 less a month ($1,269 for the the life of the lease) than what they calculated. What other costs am I missing?

    That was included in the License/Registration/Fees.

    It's impossible for us to "see" what's included or not. Or, to "see" what you are entering into the calculator.
