Reasonable deal on a 2016 Audi S5

Have an opportunity at a dealer. This one is coming off 3 year lease. Listed for $36k. My guess is for this Premium Plus that probably MSRP'd for $63k and with a 59% residual that would be $37.2k. It is very low miles and is between Very Good and Outstanding condition. Red. Would do a PPI of course. Main sources like Edmunds are at what dealer asking price is. If PPI is good as I think it would be, what would be a great deal? Non financed. Thanks
