Salesperson said 9.95% sales tax

The incentive is to the dealer, so part of the selling price - and, untaxed.

The monthly payment is calculated, then sales tax assessed against it.

I get $457/mo, tax included, with those prices.

Either the cap cost is higher than the sales price (likely, if you are not paying fees up front), or the MF is higher than what I quoted (less likely, but still possible).

The numbers did not change for November, so that quote should still be valid.
