My guess:
$595 acquisition fee
First payment
About $350 or so for DMV
$85 doc fee
Misc CA fees

And, the rest is used as a down payment.

In CA, we recommend you only pay the first payment and DMV costs at signing - anything out of pocket beyond that will be at risk of loss if the car is stolen or totaled during the lease.

You'll have a higher payment, as a result.

Ask them for a quote with only $750 due at signing.
