I'm getting the following lease rates from my dealer:

36 months/15K = 51%
48 months/15K = 44%
MF = 0.00205

Then, even with these rates they're telling me the monthly payment is $1509 (36 months) and $1286 (48 months) on the following:

MSRP = $75,387 (they refuse to discount)
Tax = $4,750.11
Fees = $412.24
Acq fee = $1095.00

This seems high. What are others getting for their residual and MF? And do these numbers add up?

When I plug my original numbers into various online lease calculators, the monthly payment turns out to be about $200 less than what they’re quoting. So maybe the MF is even higher than .00205?

Many lease calculators have trouble with TX taxes.

I'm $63/$41 less than their quote on 36/48 months.

What is the amount Due at Signing? Just first payment?
