2020 AMG GT 63 need lease help

I need some advice on a potential lease, please. I am new to leasing. It is for a custom ordered 2020 Mercedes AMG GT 63 4door.

MSRP:165K
15K miles per year
MF .00365 with MBZ financial (was told that is standard for AMG, does not sound like I can negotiate)
52% residual w/ 15K miles

My guess is that the base MF is really .00265, and the dealer is marking it up for a bit (well, a lot) of extra profit.

Have you already placed the order? Tell them you're more likely to agree if they give you the base MF.

I think you are exactly right, I tried to haggle and they came down to .00335, saving me 3K. I
