What is the selling price?

I would not start any lease with $5K, $10K or $15K up front. That money would be lost if the car was stolen or totaled during the lease. And, it masks the true cost.

$15K over 36 months is over $400/mo, so your true monthly payment is almost $1500/mo for a car that stickers at just under $100K. That's not a good lease payment.

I also suspect your credit score is not helping the payment.
