Good Deal?

2020 X3 MSRP 54,145. Trading in 330i wagon with 58k miles. They are giving me $20k. Selling me the new X3 for $50k but including $4k incentive for fianancing $10k for 24months but able to pay off after 3 months of payments. which i plan to do. so my out of pocket is $26k. Along with the trade in of $20k plus $26K out of pocket and interest of $10k for 3 months at 3.35% ( around $50.00 ) i look at it as the selling price is $46,000 for MSRP of $54,145. That's around 15% off MSRP. What do you think?

    Sorry, no clue on the value of your trade-in, which makes any other observations just guessing.

    2017 330i wagon with 58k miles. Brough car on 10/2016. Checked on Edmunds and it is value around $19k to $20K. Dealer orig offer 18,500 but i say no. i think 15% off MRSP is good. Granted I am trading in a car for another but the $20k had to come from somewhere. i am just wondering how BMW financial can rebate back $4k off selling price ? dealer already selling at invoice . I know the dealer is getting a one time fee for the loan.
