What line items should I try negotiating here? $0 down? A Lower MSRP? A greater discount?

Most importantly, is this a good deal for leasing a loaner in Miami.

Ask for an accounting of the actual line items for a lease. The column on the left is for purchase.

Then, ask for the money factor and actual residual amount for the term/mileage you want. That isn't disclosed anywhere, and may be different for a demo/loaner.

Thank you for the quick response!

Can anyone here provide me with the MF and residual for 7,500 miles/33 months?

    I live in zip 33130
I am leasing this vehicle from zip 33064

I have just been told the following for this vehicle.

    Residual is $45506.80
    MF is 0.00197

Need anything else to determine if this is a good deal or not?

    33/7.5?
    .00118 MF and 65% residual

To get that payment, they'd have to be using $69,200 as the adjusted CAP. But, that wouldn't be right, because the tax number is wrong. (it's for a purchase). Of course, the acquisition fee isn't added in their, either.

It's a terrible deal. The discount is okay, but they aren't calculating the adjusted CAP correctly.
And, they are marking up the money factor by a huge amount.
The money factor markup is adding $96/mo. to that 33 month payment.
And the issue with the adjusted CAP is adding another $3000 that shouldn't be there (another $95/mo.)

With ZERO down, you should be around $820/mo.
