Car mile is less than 10k and its CPO with 36000mile/3year maintenance, unlimited mile/5year warranty.
MSRP $41000. I got deal for 32500 with include rebate(im currently have BMW).
If I ask for 31k is it too much or should I ask more?

    The CPO with transfer of the maintenance plan has some value.

    But, as a comparison point, a friend of mine leased one of these at the end of September. $40,990 MSRP.
    His selling price, after $3250 of incentives ($2250 lease credit, $1000 loyalty) was $32,400. His unit was brand new.
