HMF Certified Pre Owned Rates

I have identified a couple of CPO that I am interested in. I didn't realize until today that if I were to finance with HMF, I get $400 disposition and $500 wear tear credit. I though that was limited only to new cars and lease.

In any case, now that I know this I want to go with HMF USA. How do I figure out the best rate, so that I don't get screwed when I go to the dealership

    We do not have the CPO program information.
