What is your ZIP code?
What is the adjusted cap cost the dealer is using for that quote, if nothing is due at signing, not even the first payment?

Not a penny due, nothing out of my pocket, no registration, license or any fees or taxes of any sort.

Now down to $345

5.5% sales tax on the monthly payment rather than the cost of the car in total

Yep, looks good.

Some states tax the sum of the payments, and collects the full amount up front.
