BMW Lease End Protection Program, thoughts?!

Hi all, not sure if this was ever discussed here.
I was reading and came across this lease end protection program offer by BMW Financial. Wanting to know if it's worth it? Has anyone had it used it before? What's your thoughts?

And what's the pricing you guys got? Heard it was negotiable but there's going to be interest on top of it when you purchase that program.

Any thoughts or suggestions are highly welcome!

    If you take good care of your cars, you can skip this. I've had 6 leases, and not paid a damage claim on any of them.
