"Universal" Turbos

I have a 2014 ford edge with a 3.5 L v6. I have found turbos for the v4 eco-boost models but none for the v6. I see that there are "universal" turbos for cars. I would like to add some power to my car. Will any of these fit in my car? How reliable are they? Are they worth it? Suggestions on what one I should go with would also be helpful as well. Thanks in advance.

Have you looked into a supercharger? Most involve a lot less tech than adding a turbocharger.

I think I'd show that to a mechanic first... so, they can tell you what they'll need, or if it's a bad idea.

It would probably be cheaper to trade your car in on one with more power.
