New lease on 2019-2020 Arcadia

Wife and I have been putting off our lease for a few months to wait until today/tomorrow for the best deals for dealers trying to move inventory before year end. we are looking a SLT-1 AWD, with 12-15k a year for 24-36 months. anyone have the MF, residual value etc that I should try to target?
