solution for getting out my current car

I currently have a loan 2014 Audi s4, 10600mi , owe 18000 about 4000 neg eq
paying 619 per month,

want to lower monthly to 300-400

looking at 2020 honda accord or Honda civic si

are these good option? or should I look elsewhere
looking for base line deal

    The negative equity is going to add $70/mo. to any new car loan you get. Seems that will keep you from lowering your payment by much.

    10,600 miles or 106,000 miles?
