I am relatively new to leasing and wanted to get feedback from the group here on a lease deal.I’ve read quite a few forum posts here that seem to be a better deal than the one I have, but they’re mostly based out in NE or So-cal. I'm pretty close to the calculated payment.
Incentives are low in your region, and registration and tax are high. It is what it is.
By rolling first payment and govt fees into the CAP cost, you subject those items to the 10.4% tax, when they otherwise wouldn't be. Adds about $100 to your total deal.
