If I subtract the $5K in taxes from the total balance, I get $1049/mo.

Pretty close, but I'd ask for the specific cap cost used for the quote. About $1500 difference, total, so be on the lookout for a junk fee or two.

Can you tell what MF the dealer is giving me here. Car will be available tomorrow. Still not sure if it's a good deal or not. I feel I can do better since I'm paying taxes and fees up front.

.00137 is the base MF, and was the MF I used for my calculation.
