OTD price for XLE?

I have seen some percentage numbers put in some answers and know MSRP but don’t understand the other abbreviations. No do I understand how to calculate once I see them. Forgive my ignorance. Pretty new at this whole process. Please enlighten me? I am looking for the OTD price on a Highlander XLE well-equipped. Any help is appreciated!

    The numbers you see are for leasing.

    If you want to purchase, you can use Edmunds pricing tools, here:
    https://www.edmunds.com/new-cars/

    Or course, you'll have to compute your own DMV charges and sales tax for an OTD price.
