Out of work, car died, looking at 2 cars a CRV '91 144K clean with new inspection and a 04 Buick Rendezvous w 3.4 v6 153k w new inspection.

realize there are btter choices out there but no work means limited funds. Both cars are fairly equal in miles and cond. any thoughts?

2001 CR-V?

That was the last year for the 1st generation CR-V. Pretty good transportation, if you can live with 128 HP.

I see plenty of Rendezvous out there, but they are almost always broken down on the freeway.
