Understanding monthly rate change with downpayment

So I am negotiating with a dealer for the monthly rate for Touring 2020 inclusive rate and he offered these 3 options:
Zero downpayment and everything rolled in monthly rate as $441/mo
$1000 downpayment with 410/mo
$2000 downpayment with 379/mo

If I am dividing 1000 over 36, I get 27.7 but we can see the monthly rate changes are in 31 value.

Can someone explain please?

You have to account for the rent charge difference within the monthly payment options.
