Wondering if someone can give me what a lease deal should look like on a 2019 X3 M40i Demo with 4,400miles. MSRP was listed at $60k, asking is $53k at the moment.

    .00142 MF and 54% residual
    $2750 lease credit
    Subtract $0.25/mile from the calculated residual, to account for current mileage.

    Shoot for 15% off MSRP, before subtracting the incentive.
