Inception cost

Hello , I went to go look at an Audi s5 2019 today and the salesman gave me a breakdown of a lease he wrote up . I’m having issues understanding the inception cost . On one line he has sales tax then the next line he has first month payment and on another line he has inception cost ? I thought the other two things were supposed to be rolled into that inception price ? Please help

    What state is this?

    There are lots of different forms and software programs dealers use to write up leases. Any chance you can obtain a copy of what the dealer showed you so we can review it?
