Lease Terms Good or Bad ?

We recently got an offer for a 2019 Porsche Macan 4 cylinder( demo car) for the following lease terms :
Could you let me know if this is a good lease ?

Original MSRP : 55K

Current MSRP : 47K
5100 miles

Lease terms : 42 months
$555 per month
$1900 drive off

Do you think this is a good deal ?

    location is Bay Area San Francisco .

    It's a reasonable deal. Much less than the deal they advertise for a new unit.
