Can you buy the maintenance plan from another dealer?

I have 2 questions:

1) Does Honda provide maintenance plan for the lease option (like oil changes...etc)? I know some companies provide that for free.

2) The dealer I have been negotiating with is forcing me to buy many add on things to justify the good sales price he is giving me. Is it possible to buy the maintenance plan from another dealer instead?

1) Yes, you can buy a plan. It is not free

2) Yes, you can buy it from any dealer.
