Honda Loyalty Program

I am checking some offers by Honda and although I couldn't find it on the official Honda website, I found it at Edmunds and some dealer's websites:

Requirements and Restrictions:
2019/2020 Loyalty provides a $1000 loyalty award when select current Honda owners/lessees lease or purchase a new and not previously reported sold 2019/2020 Honda Fit, Accord (including Hybrid), Civic (excluding Type-R), Insight, Clarity PHEV, HR-V, CR-V (excluding Hybrid), Pilot, Odyssey, Passport, Ridgeline vehicles with or without HFS Financing. Eligible customers may receive offer towards down payment or cap cost reduction on select vehicles. Trade in of current vehicle not required. Loyalty Eligibility:Current owners of any 2009 or newer Honda. Client must provide proof of ownership. Current vehicle registration and/or proof of valid auto insurance. See dealer for details.

I have a few questions:

1) Loyalty offer used to be for 2019 models only and just $500...But I don't see it anymore on Honda website although I see the conquest offer is for 2020 started on 4/1/2020.

2) Any further details on this offer and how to find official info rather than "see dealer for details." Also is it $500 or $1,000?

3) When I tried to push for that new conquest honda offer, the dealer claimed that he already applied a loyalty offer of $500 for the CRV and that I cannot combine both offers. There is something tricky here because the loyalty offer, when it was on Honda website, was not there for the 2020 model and now what I copied above from Edmunds is not on the official website of Honda yet I can see the new conquest offer on the website...

4) Lastly, in the old language when loyalty discount was on Honda website its language as well as that of conquest discount both included statement that you cannot combine both. Now I don't see that in the language (trying to make it work even if point 3 is true from dealer)

Bottom line - you cannot combine loyalty and conquest on the same deal; it's either one or the other.
