    Question, would the MF factor be any different if the zip was 44070, North Olmsted, OH? Would it be less or more?

    I was told .00017 is pretty high for a lease interest rate in today's market - is that so? That's about 4%, correct?

    You are off by a decimal point ... more like .4%, which is quite low.
