looking to close on a 2020 Accord 1.5 Sport

OTD: 27800 with Lifetime Powertrain Warranty

Is this a reasonable price? (I tried 3 dealers, 1 doesn't match this price, the other 2 will only lower the price by 100 at one time, any thoughts? )
