Mid-year model

I am looking to lease an AWD 2020 Altima SR. The dealer has a few in same color and some are a "mid-year model" Is there any real benefit to buying a mid-year model?

Also what is residual, MF for 36/15, zip 02332? Thanks

    2.0T or 2.5?
    If 2.5, FWD or AWD?

    My guess is that the only difference on the "mid year" model is a bump to the MSRP.
