What is your ZIP code? It's doubtful that you will pay that much tax for a lease.

Also, I don't see the $795 acquisition fee listed.

The top list of figures are purchase numbers. That is why the tax number is so high.
It is typical for dealers to list the purchase numbers, then quote a payment, without the exact details that make up the lease quote. But, you want the exact numbers.

If I add in an acquisition fee to the selling price, I get about $1050/mo+tax, which seems to square up with your payment.
That is assuming the $2300 is for fees and first payment (pretty close)

I'd ask them for the adjusted CAP cost, and MF and residual used.

10% off MSRP seems decent.

so the cap cost has the acquisition cost in it? i wanted to get to 1000 or 990, but i didnt want to add security deposits or any other out of pocket? do you think thats possible

No, I don't think the selling price above has the CAP cost in it. I added the acquisition fee to the selling price to calculate the adjusted CAP.

For the lease price to come down by $150/mo, they would have to drop the payment by $7200. That is a big drop

MF is marked up from .00158
Base acquisition fee from MB is $795, and the dealer can mark it up to $1095; not sure why they have it listed as $1164.
Is this a service loaner or dealer demo? If so, how many miles does it have on it?

Tell the dealer that you want the base MF, or you'll shop elsewhere.

The acquisition fee is the $1095 plus the MA sales tax.

What is the total payment being quoted?
