2020 Audi Q7 (55 Premium Plus) - Lease Deals

Currently have a 2018 XC90, lease is coming up at the end of July. Looking to get into an Audi Q7 for a 36-42 month lease. I've gotten quotes from two separate dealers so far and their numbers are wildly different. Curious what I should expect in terms of residual value and money factor (Credit Score 780+). Looking for 12,000 miles per year. Appreciate any input you have.
