S60 - Deal check - 1st time leasing

Hello everyone - appreciate some inputs here.

Received an offer from a dealer on a S60 Momentum T5 - 10k/36m. All the data in the calculator. Since I'm beginner on leasing cars, I"m using the leasehackr calculator. My question are:
1) On the S60 tread looks like there's a $4,500 lease incentive (in my zipcode) - should I apply this after the discounted MSRP? (I did not include in the calculator)
2) Where can I squeeze them more? Discounted price?

Can you post a screen shot rather than a link?

The $4500 is a dealer incentive, and will be part of any price they offer you. No need to enter it separately.

You should always push for the lowest price possible.

Thank you. If my inputs are correct, the piece I need to fight for is the price, then. Because it's giving me a 8.5 years.

Looks like a solid deal, with only $1100 due at signing.

But yes, a lower price will help your lease payment.
