2020/2021 Lease Question *Need CT Numbers please*

I am looking to start a lease on either 2021 or 2020 Palisade- I do have some negative equity I have to roll in because of my trade. I am also looking at other make/models of cars.

Does anyone have the current lease offers/money factor/residual for CT for the following models:
SE AWD
SEL AWD

36m - 10k

Are there any benefits to leasing a 20 vs 21?
