Is this a good deal for Cadillac CT5 Demo Lease?

I am currently in a 2017 CTS lease. I owe $6,070 in remaining payments. The dealer is offering to put me a 2020 CT5 Sport demo vehicle fully loaded for the same monthly payment ($700). I am trying to determine if this is a good deal or not.

Why pay $6000 for a car you won't be driving?

Ask the dealer what the lease payment would be if you didn't trade in your current car. If the payment doesn't drop by roughly $180/mo, then the original deal isn't that good.

You are obligated to make those payments; generally, they end up getting rolled into the new deal.

Selling price?
Amount due at signing?

Ask the dealer for a copy of the lease worksheet; that should answer most of the questions.
