Edmund lease deal price breakdown

on the true market value presented by Edmunds, it shows estimated taxes and fees as a monthly amount. Is that included in my monthly payment or do I need that amount upfront and it is just showing what my monthly costs would be over the life of the lease? I need to make sure I figure correctly as to what I can afford to put down on lease if I have to pay those fees and taxes upfront as well as down payment and 1st months payment.

    I'm pretty sure Indiana taxes the monthly payment, so the information presented looks to be correct.
