What is 36 / 15? 36 month / 15,000 miles? Does the MF change for 10K or 12K leases?

I've looking at different people's deals. I've read the 0.00099 MF is for top tier. What does that mean? How does one qualify for top tier? Is it 0.00118 the base?

Yes, 36/15 is 36 months, 15,000 miles per year.

Add 2% for 12K, and 3% for 10K

.00099 is top tier, for 700+ credit scores.

.00118 was the top tier for June.
