Need help with pricing and negotiating for new 2020 Altima lease in south NJ

Hey there, somebody pointed me in this direction for some car pricing help to see if we are getting a fair/bad deal. I'm in talks with some dealers right now and got initial quotes coming in. Basically, looking for a 2020 Altima with a sunroof, backup camera and remote start. We are going out sometime this week. Here is what I got so far:

"Thank you so much for your patience! It looks like the first one is the better of the two, but idk if "taxes tags and title" would change anything... Anyway my next move was to tell the bottom guy that I got a better deal from somebody else and if he can beat that, but idk.

What is the selling price?
