2020 4runner limited quoted lease payment?

hi guys.
I have lurked for many years, and finally ready to as ask a question!

I have been quoted the following for a 2020 4 Runner Limited in NJ, 08831, with a 3 year lease, 12,000 miles per year:

MSRP: $49,766
Adjust Sale Price, with Tax, Doc, etc : $45,732.63

$750 Down they want $596 a month.

Does that sound ok?

With the prices given, that looks like a good quote.

Expensive, but the high MF isn't helping at all.
