Just received this offer on a used 2020 BMW X4 m40i with 4021 miles on it in Los Angeles. The original price was $69,520 and they are selling it for $61,688. Is this a good deal? Can I get it lower and how? I'm a return BMW client and below is there offer:

Subtract $880 from the residual, to account for current mileage.

11.3% off MSRP. In my experience, you can push that to 15% off. That would be another $2500 lower.

So, $1400 due at signing, with the same payment.
