Can I replace the run flat tires on my gla250 with good non-run flat tires at the start of my lease then replace the run flats at the end of the lease?

I don't see why not; it's your dime.

Just know that I don't think there is a spare, or even a fix-a-flat kit, so if you do get a flat, you'll likely need a tow.
