Hi Everyone,

New to the lease world. I have the offer below for a 2020 Honda Accord 2.0, but I feel that's it's a bit too much. However, I'm not sure whether I'm missing something and don't want to insult the dealership with a crazy counteroffer:

MSRP: $32,315
Negotiated Price: $26,950
Monthly Lease Payment: $280
Residual: 57% ($18,419)
MF: .00108
Lease Term: 36 months
Annual Mileage: 15,000
Trade-In Value: $5,000
Dealer Fee: $1,000
Sales Tax: 6%

My calculation shows $150 LOL, using the Leasehackr Calculator. Any help is greatly appreciated.
