Need Help Buying Used Honda Odyssey

I need help selecting which deal would be the best deal for me. The prices are within my budget. What I am unsure about is which would be the better vehicle to purchase. One is an older model with less miles and the other is a newer model with more miles.

This car will be used mostly for cargo transportation and will maybe average about 5000-8000 miles a year. Not much mileage going into this car.

Would love to hear everyones thoughts!
