Discount on 2020 Q5 PP

Hi,

I’m about to end a 2018 Q5 lease and would like to buy (not lease) a 2020 premium plus one. What’s the best discount I can get now in Northern CA? Is 10% realistic before incentives? What are available incentives besides the loyalty one?
