2017 Pilot Touring AWD prices

Trying to get a 2017 or 2018 Honda Pilot Touring AWD with mileage below 30K. The prices that I am getting in the NJ/NY/PA area are between 30 and 35 K. Wanted to check what would be a good deal for a car that meets these specification.
