Looking for RF &MF

Im looking for the MF and RV for a 2020 honda odyssey ex-l zip 92833 (so cal).
This is my first time leasing and i could use advice. I've recived an offer from 2 dealers. one with a 16% discount of the msrp of $39000 since they have a car buying program through my credit union. But other offers a lifetime powertrain but $1500 less in insentives. I also am trading in a honda crv lx with 18k miles and 16k left financed. Also should i lease or just buy? Im torn. thanks

If you plan to keep the car longer than the lease term, just buy it from the start.

It's a Honda - not sure how much the lifetime powertrain warranty will mean.
