Rearview mirror?

Just took delivery of a 2019 certified Rogue yesterday. Today my wife and I both noticed the rearview mirror was dark. I assumed it was in night mode. But we can not figure out how to adjust it. The mirror is not the fancy mirror with additional buttons. It appears to be a plain mirror but without a tab at the bottom to adjust. Is there an adjustment????

    Are you sure you didn't have it aimed at the ceiling, rather than through the back window? You'd still get the reflection from the window view, but it would be dark.

    Yes, I have checked the aim. Is it possible there is NO night mode? All my mirrors in the past had an adjustable lever you moved and clearly re-aimed the mirror. Could it be an automatic adjusting mirror? Does NOT have all the buttons like the fancy automatic mirror. Has a 'hook' that you can drop down, then three underside buttons that are for garage door opener, etc.

    It's possible that it is auto-dimming. Sorry, not familiar with how a Rogue is equipped. Which trim is it?

    Salesman tells me that Frameless Mirrors on Rogue models come thru from factory with either auto dimming or universal garage door opener (UGDO) but not both. I got the UGDO model but have no garage door to open at home so I lose. There appears to be NO night adjustment... so I lose again. Mirror is dark so I suspect it will be fine at night for headlights behind me... just noticeably dark during the day.
