Great, thanks. I'm new to understanding this aspect of the lease agreement. Dealer I'm talking to quoted me .00204. When you say "all of Northern California" is the MF determined by someone other than the dealership? Guess I'm asking, what's the play to get it lower? Other than saying "the car forums say its lower", what's the body that is determining the MF you listed for a specific geographic area? Is there a database to see this stuff or an official listing? Any guidance is appreciated.

It's possible they are quoting the higher MF because they haven't run your credit yet.

The base MF is determined by the bank who is funding the lease.

Tell them you want the base rate (and that you have the top tier credit to warrant it), or you'll find another dealer.
